Commitment to Inclusivity

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) risk may vary based on genetic, life experiences, and other social demographic factors. The inclusion of people across all walks of life in AD research is critical to the understanding of brain health and the development of safe and effective treatments that will help preserve it. The Alzheimer Prevention Trials (APT) Webstudy research team is dedicated to equity and inclusivity, by facilitating opportunities to access and participate in AD clinical research. We aim to ensure that our clinical research studies lead to information on treatment approaches to address the needs of all communities impacted by the disease.

The APT Webstudy community has over 55,000 volunteers enrolled from all 50 states within the United States, as well as internationally.

Everyone involved in our studies and programs is considered our partner in research. These partnerships are critical to our mission of finding safe and effective treatments for Alzheimer’s disease.

We hope you will consider joining our community, helping to advance AD clinical research, and finding treatments that work for everyone.
